I really don't think it has a huge impact on NFL teams. I think these huges jumps and slides are more within the draft media than on team boards themselves.

Doesn't mean he doesn't need time to develop in the NFL. I am just saying he is not an elite prospect. He is not Eli Manning, Philip Rivers, Matt Ryan, etc.


Brady and Rodgers both took time to develop. I am just saying all these QBs will need time. They are not true first day starters.

He needs to develop more than just that. If you look at his tape while he does, throw the ball accurately, makes good decisions, and has great pocket presence he doesn't have to make a lot of throws with guys covered. A large majority of his throws are to wide open guys by NFL standards. There will need to be an adjustment period esp with his lack of arm strength he will need to have even better anticipation.

What did he have to gain? He was unanimously known as the number one qb prospect in the draft and a top 8 pick. Today changed nothing in the eyes of gms who actually know what they are doing.

unanimously top qb? Texans have the top pick and i havnt seen hardly any mocks with Teddy going to the Texans and they need a qb just as bad as us. Plus Teddy isnt even the number 1 rated qb on nfl.com. Teddy isnt even close to a Sam Bradford prospect. Could he be a top 10 qb? Yes but i take the latter

Sorry but that is simply not true. His receivers rarely created any sort of separation. His accuracy was reminiscent of Rodgers these past couple of years. I'm not saying he will be an all pro his first couple of years but he will be a franchise qb that we've desperately needed.

That is because they are obsessed with the idea of clowney and watt together. That and the texans gm and owner are idiots. Teddy will win more games in his rookie year than both clowney and watt even if they are on the same team.


You still haven't told me why you don't think he's an elite prospect. Please don't say his frame or his gloves. You can't draft scared.
