Lmao I looked at the stats and saw "Cartavious Bigsby" and was like who the [BLEEP] is that, then was like oh yeah tank lol

It was a good game as far as Pre-season games go..  young players on both sides of the ball making some plays.  Gregory Junior sticks out on special teams and a forced fumble.  Tank/Cart put in some work.  Trev got his bad throw out of the way.  Rourke might be a magician.

We seem to have good problem. We are receiver rich. There are a few that will not clear wavers to get to the scout team.

Lol yeah I just stopped for a moment to watch the highlights and the first thing they showed was the pick. Had to get back to work tho so didn't have time to watch much of it yet, i heard that Rourke guy had some insane play.

I'm impressed with the amount of options the jags have at WR. They will have no choice but let several walk that may well end up on active rosters elsewhere this year... overall starters did okay. Offense got some jitters out then showed they can do what they did last year. Defense looked good enough. Overall good start to the preseason.

Is he a tank or a cart?  I'm confused now.

In the South, he's a buggy.

Hard to tell much from highlights but i'm trying to get through the video at work lol, so far pretty impressed with the depth. I saw Jordan Smith had a nice TFL, Tank Bigsby looks good from the little bit I saw.. certainly a good showing from the depth guys. Also just saw Rourkes play, holy cow that was insane.

Hey if he's a TE, he may well shoot up the depth charts very quickly with catches like that.... Either way, he earned a chance to be provided more opportunities next week with that catch.

The depth at wide receiver is incredible.  Even when you put aside our presumed top four receivers, there were 5 different wide receivers that had a reception today of 15 or more yards.  This doesn't even include Tim Jones who had the defender beat for what should have been a big play, but Beathard threw the ball out of bounds.  It also doesn't count another player who caught a pass for a successful 2 point conversion.  Only Kevin Austin disappointed today.

Agreed. Kevin Austin stood out like a sore thumb today in a bad way. Would rather see Harris or Williams get more reps over him.

How'd the D look in terms of the new guys/depth players? I see Yassir had a sack on the stat list. I sadly didn't record the game so I can only see so much.

Up and down. I think the LB group needs some work still. The pass rush and blitz schemes seem better and at times they were able to get away with just rushing with their base four.

The middle of the defense with the 2 deep safety stuff was exploited though throughout the entierty of the game. Big play after big play was made right over the middle.
