Man I didn't even realize we had a game yesterday and I check this board at least once daily. That Rourke play was nuts. Team looking good, especially defense from the looks of it.

There were some salty cowboys fans in comments saying stuff like " it's not even that hard, throwing a dart to a open reciever 20 yards away"

That int with Trevor was a head scratcher. I do not believe he saw the robber trailing. He redeemed himself but still throwing ints is not good in the preseason especially. Teams are mostly facing vanilla defense.

I don’t know what you were watching but somebody ran a bad route on that plat.  There’s no way two receivers should be that close together.

I do not disagree with the route mistake but but Lawrence was the one to pull the trigger. He should of thrown it out of bounds. It was a bad throw so stop making excuses for a bad decision. Those receivers did not throw that bail.

I am not debating the receivers made a mistake. I am saying the QB should not have thrown that ball. Most experts worth their grain of salt will tell you that throwing the ball away and living another down is the better option than forcing it on the run between a few defenders. If you really think that Lawrence deserves no blame for that throw, we have nothing left to talk about.

Actually he had Engram open - I'd say he should have thrown the ball - but he should have thrown it deeper. 

Initially - I thought he should have thrown it away when Ridley's route got cut off sending him high, but Trevor's instinct to go for Engram was right, he apparently just lost grip of the ball in his release enough to leave to short.

Agreed. He threw 8 last year during the regular season and he ultimately overcame the INTs he threw against the Chargers at home. It's not how you start. It's how you finish. He responded by throwing a TD and basically another TD to redeem the mistake. So what, now what?
