Season 18 for the big man. In a game that the average player lifespan in the league is like 3 years, 18 is insane. Hell of a run.

He is right there with Daryl Smith as a couple players we should of never let go. Lewis is still a really good blocker. Should of gotten him back a few years ago instead of signing Manhertz

I'm glad he was ours first. He and MoJo were fantastic editions to the team the year they came in together. Maybe in certain situations to make the game more interesting. Would be fun to see tested out though. Such as within the final 2:00 minutes of the 1st half and 2nd half of contests if a kick-off is to ensue or only in overtime. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? Having a kick-off likes that every time could see returners getting the football out to the 40 yard line more often than not or scoring too much in some cases. This would in turn shorten the field length needed for QB's to pad their stats, along with their receiving targets, etc. This would be a unique trade off though. I think it also really goes a long way towards player safety. As the blockers can only engage one another after the ball is field and they only get a 10 yard difference between picking up speed and building up power to engage. I could see kickers getting injured more than anything from chasing after or down returners in piles and not being used to that kind of part of the game. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I didn't realize Justin Herbert was so tall until they showed him doing walk through drills and standing with other players. I looked it up. He's 6'6", same as Lawrence.

Personally, I think he's going to be an upper tier QB for a long time if he can get/keep the right pieces around him.

Coaching is part of the equation in "right pieces around him" That is in question currently We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! I wonder if that couple was truly unscrupulous in their dealings with that conservatorship (seems that way) or if this may be some sour grapes from the Oher camp as the NFL money dwindles. Sure seems like he should have profited from that film the same or more than that family did.
