He's slowly turning into another Taven Bryan, i.e. a guy drafted for his physical traits but with almost no production Btw, Taven Bryan is not nearly as bad as Jaguars fans want him to be. He's just not worth his late 1st round pick. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Adding another proven veteran like Hunter would be huge. Then Walker can just push on guards all day and maybe spy QBs or lurk in underneath coverage

Takeaways:
Defense bailed out an offense that only showed up for 2 and 1/2 quarters, and special teams whose blunders could of had us down at halftime. Lloyd and Foye are tackling machines. Allen is becoming elite but needs help Depth at DB is surprisingly good Lawrence is steady, with bursts of spectacular The RB room is cooked if we lose ETN Kirk is still our #1. O Line played good enough

It would be great if the jags pull off that hunter trade. The trade deadline is coming up.

Brandon Scherff is no longer that dude. Next season I want him gone.
Y'all forgetting something
The sounds of the game this week is going to be AWESOME
I know it's been said before, but I think it needs to be re-emphasized. Devon Lloyd looks good. Really good.
And if I could make one other point, it's that we need to let rookies develop. We can't judge these guys in year one. We are so fortunate to have a quarterback that is not only physically elite, but also is respected by his teammates. You'd never see Trevor react towards his teammates mistakes like Carr did to both Kamara and Olave. Trevor still makes some mistakes, but I'd take him right now over every other quarterback not named Mahomes. And is it just me or was he wearing eyeliner? Like some sort of movie villain version of a QB?
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Won: Four games in 18 days across three time zones in two countries. This team grinds.

Someone needs to put Al Michaels into retirement. He’s horrible.
He has no emotion and he said Kirk was out at the 1 yard line on his TD when he wasn’t even close. He just doesn’t have it anymore. He’s asleep (10-20-2023, 06:31 AM)The Real Marty Wrote: I know it's been said before, but I think it needs to be re-emphasized. Devon Lloyd looks good. Really good. The lack of emotion bothers me less than his constant wrong calls. On the Oluokon and Kirk TDs he was confident they weren't TDs when they clearly were. It's fine with me if he's not excited, if he just called the game correctly. In summation, he's terrible and it's time for his retirement.
