Just trashed Clowney and labeled Mack as the best defensive player to come out of college the last 15 years. Clowney is physically gifted, but he has no technique, discipline, commitment, or heart. You will always be disappointed with Clowney as he'll never live up to his physical talent. As far as intangibles, Mack is the complete opposite of Clowney.

I think Mack is gonna be a stud, but the best defensive player to come out in the past 15 years??? pretty lofty for someone who isnt even the unanimous best defensive player in this years draft.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

He trashed Manziel worst said he wouldnt take Manziel until the 5th or 6th round, at least he said he would take Clowney with the 10th or 12th pick.

But these are the same idiots that prassed Blaine Gabbert and said Aaron Curry will be the safest pick in the draft, where is Aaron Curry now?

Here are some players Aaron Curry was picked over

Clay Matthews, Brian Cushing, and Brian Orakpo

Offense Percey Harvin, Mike Crabtree, Jeremy Macklin

Hoge is an insufferable [BLEEP].  I dont care what he thinks about anything, although I do think Mack is gonna be a stud in the NFL.

Hoge says "National Football League" about 100 times per interview. We know what league you are talking about dumby. You dont have to say it after everything you say.

"Manziel's skills will not translate to the National... Football... League."

To say he wouldn't take Clowney til 5th or 6th round is absolutely idiotic.

Analysts being Analysts.

"X player is going to be better than Y Player!"

If they turn out to be right, then they get a gold star and can pat themselves on the back.

If they turn out to be wrong, then nobody remembers.

If you believed everything every analyst said, you'd probably be scared to draft in the Top 10.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Mack is a perfect fit for Buffalo. He's their monster. The Bills should be forced to pick him.

People that believe that Clowney is going to flip a switch and return to his 2012 form are wing nuts.

Clowney is too light to be a dominant defensive end. NFL offensive linemen can handle his pass rush abilities. He lacks stamina to maintain a persistence at defensive end. He will be switched to 3-4 OLB and that requires pass coverage skills. Clowney has speed, but he's going to struggle when teams throw his way. See Melvin Ingram. See Dion Jordan.

Hoge is the analyst that says the dumbest, most unpredictable thing just to get looked at.

I don't totally disagree with what he says about Clowney/Mack...I'm not sure Clowney will turn out to be an amazing player, but I think Mack could be a really good starter in the league for years to come.

I like Mack and all and would not be disappointed if we got him at 3, but lol.  He's just trying to get people to talk about him like we are now.

Sry but Hodge is right.  Clowney isn't worth it at 5.  Sorry you're just too much of a fanboy to notice.
