Fix the O-Line!

I highly suspect his will fizzle out. I expect our defense to take it to him in a few weeks.

I don’t think he’s faced particularly challenging defense yet , the Texans have a tougher schedule to close out. 

He might fizzle this year, but next year with some more weapons he’s going to challenge us for the division for sure

But hoping it’s more of a chargers challenging the chiefs for the division

If Chiefs don’t get Mahomes some real receivers, it will be.

Peyton was all business when he was a pro during the season. He didn't cut up, he nerded out in the film room and then beat you on Sundays.

trevor is so great to listen to talk, he knows what to say and doesn't give other teams much of anything to go back to there meetings with. he has all the tools to succeed, just need a better Oline than what we had in the past few weeks, with Little back that Left side should look alot better than it has all year.

He's plenty loose when not in interview/answer mode.  He and his teammates seem to have a great rapport from the bits we are allowed to see and he had no problem talking trash to opposing players when mic'd up.  Again, those are glimpses.  We don't see everything. It's probably the tip of the ice berg of his personality.  Add in some of his tweets and he's not completely closed off from displaying a personality publicly.

When he is on camera and in front of a mic giving an interview or answering questions, he is even keel and that's probably by design to not give the media any ammo to tear him down with now or to be pocketed for future use. Nor does he provide the opposing team with bulletin board material even though the media still tries to manufacture it as they did with the squealers game.  (if you watch the "little yellow towels" video it's clear as day no slight was intended)  This is what you want out of a leader and face of the franchise.  

He'll be getting more national TV commercial deals soon (I think he's done a Subway one, not sure what else) and those usually portray their new NFL spokesperson in a comedic light.  Some of what you're suggesting (opening up a bit in interviews) will happen naturally with age and experience.  That said, being a little guarded in interviews being a contributing factor to whether someone is a HOFer or not is off base to me, especially in a sport with so many other people on the field at the same time and so many variables at play.  I can see where a big personality that winds up in the media and covering the NFL after they retire might take someone who was a very good player and marginal HOFer and push him over the top to eventually getting a gold jacket, but that's about the extent of it.  It's off base for Trevor and his current situation as it stands though.  For him, it will be based almost exclusively on either gaudy stat lines at career end or Super Bowl rings or both.

Yeah - a number of scenarios exist wherein Ezra is at a guard spot before the season is done. 

Little and Scherff both have proven to be a bit brittle.

Good to have a viable option to plug in rather than watch one of them gut it out and give us 60% while playing hurt.

No line protection for sure. Trevor missed some throws and there was drops. Commentator even mentioned he missed open guys they even showed some replays but maybe hes getting gun shy from the protection idk. I just know Stroud looked much better today.

I mean my goodness … on tank dells two deep balls they were complete busts ! No safety in the middle of the field corner outside leverage so he can just run a skinny post and completely get behind the defense ? Are we serious? And the TD what the heck have we never played a bunch set before ? 

Multiple other receivers with no one in the vicinity and 0 pressure on a Backup o line ?

Watch stroud will end up looking like every other rookie QB for most of the rest of the year ….

I mean your point is moot. Hurts has 22(15 passing) [BLEEP] touchdowns, .19... .01 = 13 TD difference. You're still wondering?? Detroit at .25 still Goff having 7 more TDs, same record. Let's keep trying fellas, it is absolutely no wonder why we run so much down in the red area. If you could just pull Trevor's taint from the back of your throats and allow oxygen into your brain, it is clear.

The reason he has 9 total TDs(4 in the redzone) is simple, he's been bad in the red zone and ETN is the clear cut best player on offense. I commend Doug P for 1 - using our best player like a smart coach would and 2 - not making Trevor look bad/talking down on his QB in the media.  There is no questioning, Trev does great from 20 to 20. HOWEVER, inside the 20, he's awful this year. It's not even a debate. 52% completion rate, 2 turnovers, 4 Tds in 23 attempts. Jalen Hurts with 7 more attempts has doubled his TDs and the same amount of turnovers. Gardner Minshew has been better than Trev in the redzone this year, lol. 

Look at most of the teams at the top, their best player/s are QB/WRs with meh run games. Trevor is the second fiddle on this team, the afterthought, the game manager. Move the chains, but dear god get the ball out of his hands when we're close. The interception down in the red area 2 weeks ago is a clear example. He's just not an elite QB atm. He's been "good", nothing more. 

FOR FUN, of the 47 eligible QBs in the NFL, there are the guys with the same or less TDs than Trevor in the red zone.
