We will be lucky to see a single head roll, as deserving as the entire coaching staff and about half of the defense is, this franchise is just a cash cow. You get 4+ years of [BLEEP] play or be Urban Meyer disaster-tier to see action from a guy who knows win or lose he makes $. Shad does not give a shot about anything else.

Spreadsheet and analytics people don't watch football. The numbers and calculations say we are there. The eye balls say the l8ne sucks and there is no running game or chance to get the best production.
I doubt anything changes. We get to luck into playoffs occasionally and that is about it.
