BUT, this does undercut his hardship plea.  He was saying he couldn't get the money, and therefore his bond should be reduced.  Now, that goes out the window.  He can't go to the Appeals Court and argue that it's too difficult to get the money, because now, he says he has it.

For the 327th time, present your evidence.  Note I said EVIDENCE, not opinion or conjecture.  Show me the transcript of Trump calling for an end to the Constitution. Show me where he told people to get violent or break the law in any way. 

You desperately want it to be true, but the evidence just isn't there.

The order is for withdrawal of a letter that was “improperly filed”. Legalese tends to make my eyes cross so I’m not entirely sure of the intent of this order other than it’s procedural. I don’t think this is a stay on property seizures.
