Well it is what they have been told to believe.  Much like the “Hunter’s laptop is Russian disinformation” or the “Joe is on point and the sharpest person in the room” narrative.  Anyone watching independent news organizations knew better.

If you're going to lose a Presidential election, 2 years of Trump and 2 years of a lame duck Trump isn't that bad of a scenario for the left if I'm putting myself in their shoes.  I can't imagine there will be much bi-partisan support for anything during his 2nd term, but even less so after the mid-terms.

For me it has nothing to do with anything he might get pushed through but rather exposing the corruption of the political establishment.  It is there for all to see but some people need to be hit over the head to wake up and I sincerely hope a Trump win will be that brick.

There are a lot of people who worked directly for Trump in his first term who will tell you, he's not fit to be President.  I've never seen a President leave office and have people who were close to him say that about him.

What do they claim make him "unfit" to serve as President?

Ignorance, mostly.  And the temperament of a 13-year-old girl.

Here's an example.  The other day he floated the idea of eliminating the income tax and funding the government through tariffs.  The federal government raises about $3 trillion from the personal income tax.  What do you suppose would happen if we impose $3 trillion worth of tariffs on imported goods?

He literally said he will be a dictator on day one but then not after that.  It's not a hoax.  You may say that the "not after that" part makes it all OK, but no Presidential candidate has ever said they want to be a dictator for even an hour, and Trump says 24 hours.  Extremely concerning.  Not a hoax.

About 12 years ago before anybody ever thought Trump might be President, my grandfather and I did a deep dive on the history of our constitution and comparisons to other countries that tried to copy it. What did they change, and did those changes work, etc.
We stumbled across something we thought was interesting. Many other countries' armed forces have an enlistment oath similar to ours. But there is one key difference: most of these other enlistment oaths have the enlistee pledge loyalty to the nation or the people in a generic sense. Ours does not. Ours has them pledge to the constitution. So it will be a bit harder to pull off a coup here. But oh Lord he will try, rest assured of that. He will do what he can to get people around him who either believe everything he says, or don't mind breaking their oaths. And he will try (again) to create a situation where "oh they're not following the constitution/law anyways, just follow me and let me throw them in jail and maybe we will eventually follow the constitution again later".

It's not just putting generals on the joint chiefs that will acquiesce to insane desires to seize power, it's every subordinate underneath them having to make the decision to betray their country and every subordinate beneath them etc. It's not happening. I support Trump. I don't support changing the constitution to allow someone to serve more than 2 terms as President. I think most rational people on both sides of the aisle agree with this. My one caveat is if it were proposed to change the 22nd to disqualify someone from future terms as President only if they have previously served 2 consecutive terms, I could get on board with that because it might only present itself as an opportunity once every 100 years and it would give the selective (and in some instances faux) outrage crowd potentially 8 more years of Trump which they quite frankly deserve. There wouldn't be support for such an amendment though and if Trump were to attempt to "seize" power at the end of 2028 assuming he wins the upcoming election, he'd lose probably 90% of his support. It's irrational, conspiracy theory level nonsense. You'd have to have a pretty low opinion of anyone identifying as a Republican or anyone in the military to give it any credence.

He already tried to prosecute a political opponent for a totally made up crime once. And he is promising to do it again. He won't have to beg Ukraine or another country to get involved this time. He will have enough lackies at DOJ all the way up and down that they will all cooperate to make up and prosecute charges.

Great question.  

As of now, I have no idea.  There are plenty of plausible theories anyone could come up with.  And I'm sure, after the election, the knives will be out, and everyone will be making excuses.  The problem is, these Presidents surround themselves with sycophants who don't want to tell them the truth and are willing to try to hide things from the public.  

As far as I'm concerned, the Democrats are about to get what they deserve.  Because trying to hide or minimize what was happening with Biden was very irresponsible.  There's no way he can be President.  

You can say, "They didn't hide it very well.  It was obvious."  And that's a valid point, but apparently, they hid it enough, because most people who watched that debate were horrified.

What in the world?   You must be off your meds.  Wild imagination indeed, which happens to be the main ingredient required for a good conspiracy theory.   Actually, this one sounds kinda like it could also fit the current resident of the oval office depending on how loyal the inner circle is to Jill vs. former President Obama.  Biden in his current mental state with a willing accomplice media would be the perfect lap dog in your scenario above, wouldn't he?
