Couple new things reported on Fox.

1. most of the agents were not secret service, they were homeland security and were not familiar with the protocols. This according to local law enforcement on site.
2. The shooter has 5 encrypted accounts over seas the FBI is attempting to get into.

There it is. That's the part I was looking for. This will be the narrative used to set the stage with a conflict potentially in Iran.

At the very least, someone internally looks to be guilty of criminal negligence. The party nominee (leading in the polls I might add) and former President should have had significantly more agents and fully trained ones at that. If the shooter acted alone, the door looks like it was at least left open on purpose waiting for him or someone like him to come along. Cheatle must be fired and then investigated and whoever was overseeing the operation on that day if it was someone else should be investigated as well and probably fired also. Overall I agree with you but particularly the part in bold.

Cheatle should be fired over not only the gross negligence that day, but also the ridiculous excuse of the roof having too much of a pitch for SS to occupy.

He hadn't announced any VP pick yet.
What would have happened at the RNC? I doubt anyone has any idea. If you were going to conspire to get Trump killed, you would have to believe that their backup candidate would be better for you than Trump, but no one knows who it would land on. It's good that we dodged such chaos.

No, I wouldn't think so. The only reason I would want it is so accurate information that doesn't look so good for certain people or agencies can't get 'lost' in the shuffle. 

As it is I imagine whatever eventually comes out will have redacted parts where sensitive SS procedures, tactics, strategy, etc., are kept out of the public eye.
