Lawsuits should be filed as Biden is the only democrat candidate (other than some one offs) who filed to run. All the state laws say you had to already file to be a democrat party representative. Independents are the only ones who have a later date this year, although that date has passed for some states. Heritage foundation and others have said they would fight the ballot switch.

Harris is an anchor baby and therefore not able to run. I doubt anyone really fights this one though but they should.

The letter not mentioning President may have something to do with the campaign rules. Since it is only addressing his campaign, they may have thought he can't use President anywhere and he definitely couldn't use the seal.

There's not a conspiracy. Read the Natural Law, I think that's what it is called, for the definition at the time and in article 2. Then the 14th amendment says citizen, it does not say Natural born citizen. There is 1 case that the ruling said someone born here was a natural citizen, there is another that says different. The 1st case was ruled incorrectly as the definition is clear. If the definition was to be changed from the original definition, it would have to be in an amendment.

Since there is no law or amendment from Congress, the Supreme Court would be left to decide the case per the original definition at the time. Now who knows what they decide but it would be up to them to decide it.

Obama was legal, if you believe the fake birth certificate (for whatever reason) and SS#.
Harris is or isn't depending on which definition is taken.

The media and the Democratic donor's and supporter's called for Biden's removal. They started turning their back on him and cannibalizing within their ranks as soon as he flopped in the debate. 

At this point, it really doesn't matter who they offer up to the slab for their party. Kamala Harris is a joke. Gavin Newsom is an even bigger joke. We could see maybe a last second push with Michelle Obama trying to throw her name out there, but, it feels like it's too far gone now.

She should Get to the center and also she will put up offense vs Trump unlike Biden who was like Muhammad in his last fights. He had no offensive and was a punching bag. Unless you believe that his mother was not in fact his mother then you are intentionally misrepresenting the man and our laws. English Common Law is repute with cases where any person born withing the "Ligeance" of the king is considered natural born, so yeah, the pre-USA precedence supports that as well.
