The View is much very much "must" DVR for Mikey.

Kamala is so bad that she is now trying to steal Trump's policies.  Wants to eliminate taxes on tips and vows to "solve the border problem on day one".  There wouldn't be a "border problem" if she had done her job as Border Czar.

Kakula should not be allowed to utilize AF2 for campaigning. If she does her campaign should have to reimburse the taxpayers. Is trump or Kennedy getting free flights? Hell to the no.

Odd I didn't hear that complaint when Trump ran in 2020.  He was using AF1.

The conclusion you draw is that the Washington Post reporter wanted Biden to somehow preemptively prevent the interview from being broadcast on Twitter.
But as you know, that's not how this works.
