Don't know if this has been posted yet.  Nice interview with Trevor that highlights his mental growth and maturity.

Prescott now highest paid player in NFL History with 4 year, $240M extension.

Good thing they paid Lawrence now. Had they waited a year Sunshine would have been looking at $250M.

So I guess that’s the going rate for the best (regular season) QB in the game.  Too bad he Romos in the playoffs.

Disappointing start to the season.

17-17 with 3 minutes to go, we need our franchise qb to give us a chance to win the game.

Yet he gets sacked twice and we go 3-and out.

Of course the O line needs to block better, but still. Trevor gets a C from me today. It’s good enough to win you 6-9 games a year.

He’s not a rookie, he’s a QB with a $250M contract.

You gotta give me more during crunch time. Sorry. My standards are higher than this. At least he didn’t turn the ball over. That’s a huge positive. He’s averaging over a TO per game so at least that was cleaned up so far.

They had 7 run plays called Vs. 1 pass play on the final 3 drives. He was sacked back to back because Harrison and Robinson [BLEEP] the bed on the final drive.

I don't put it on Lawrence. Can't get mad at the QB when he wasn't asked nor given a chance on the first two of the final three drives to air it out.

Then, when put in obvious passing scenarios. The two OT's failed.

Go watch Harrison on that 2nd sack. Literally pushes the guy towards Trevor.

Trying to hold on to the ball so guys get open and he gets blamed. Throws a contested catch it's his fault. Gets sacked it's his fault.

And the same old people blaming everything on Trevor.

His fumble and missed coverage on the Hill TD really cost us eh?

Nobody is “blaming” Trevor for the loss.
If it’s one guys mistake, it’s Etienne.  But it’s a team sport so singling out one person doesn’t make sense.

This is a typical NFL game. You’ll make some plays and the opponent will make some plays.

I think for a QB getting $250M we need to see more. Just simple as that. Trevor will probably agree that he needs to play better.

Absolutely we need to win games because of him .. not because our team is clicking.. that’s what a QB of his contract should expect

And honestly - I need to see him elevate others around him.

If the play call sucks, he needs to audible and make it so it doesn’t suck. That’s what the best quarterbacks do.

You can’t get a 3 and out with 2 sacks to finish the game. That’s on everyone, including Trevor.

Not sure. We'll see I guess. It'll all be cleared up throughout the post game process this week.

Monday morning QB with Garrard and Check the tape Tuesday with Lageman should be good.

We will never truly know either because sometimes those are fake checks.

This is the final sack. Will likely have to wait until the All-22 is released to see the others (and a better view) but for the people saying Trevor needs to be better and can't take these sacks..

Exactly what is he supposed to do here? Scramble out to his right and pray it turns into a scramble drill? That's easier said than done especially for us fans who are sitting on the couch. Hes got his eyes down field.

Nobody is open.. The most open guy is ETN and he's at the LOS. It's 3rd and 14.

Kirk is blanketed in the middle of the screen. Engram covered on the bottom of the screen. Davis and BTJ are both being doubled with a Safety sitting over the top of each of them. It was a coverage sack on a play that everybody on the planet knew had to be a throw.

I think the best quarterbacks audible and put their teams in positions where they are hard to beat.
In that last drive, it obviously didn’t look good for anyone on offense including Trevor.
