On To The Bills

#21

Bills are very depleted at the LB level. We need to take advantage of that early and often. Hopefully Engram can be back for this game because he'd be a big factor

I though Strange did fine in his fill in start this week. If only he'd managed to grab that last one.

He did do well. But he's not quite to Engram's level. Sounds like he'll be out at least this week anyway though.

I wouldn't expect him to be, Engram is a different kind of tight end and he's much older. It's nice to have some production from a replacement though, for so many years that just never happened.

As are Cincy, the ratbirds, and the rams.

Even my wife asked why we always seem to run on first downs...so predictable
Here's hoping both the defense and offense show up
next game.

We always give the Bills a tough game. I'll just start with that. They are playing at a much higher level than we have been the first two weeks. Everyone sounds pretty disappointed and ticked off about how the season has started, but the only thing we can control is to come out in the next game and play better ball and try to win the next game. I used to miss watching the Jaguars in prime time before the really down years (which we arguably are still in) but after last season I don't care if we're ever on national TV. We aren't ready for prime time.

Thankfully we are going to Buffalo in September. Sadly this is on MNF and if we play like we did yesterday the criticism will be extremely loud.

My frustration is we've had good moments in games, Q's where we've looked a good team. Then we look terrible. It's going to be a very tough game against a team playing well and looking to shut up their own critics.

This one could get ugly, real ugly. My only wish is too see heart and effort. I want to see us play as clean a game as possible mistake and penalty wise and trying something new to fix the current problems. Our attitude will tell us a lot about things behind the scenes right now

Oh and getting playcalls in on time. I know I'm being greedy.

At least one AFC South team in the post season.

We play the fourth team in week 4. It's going to be quite important to get the W then.

Josh Allen is a superstar, but the game really comes down to stopping the run. The wr’s are average, and Kincaid hasn’t shown much. Cook is a weapon out the backfield, but that’s really about it. We absolutely can win this game. Defense has to find a way to get some turnovers, and most importantly the offense needs to find a way to convert in short yardage situations.

It's accountability. Coaches coach. General Managers manage. It was a head scratcher yesterday though. Was disappointed Maason Smith was inactive.

However, if it was due to Nielsen's observations and recommendations? That should be respected in it's entierty. He was brought here for this very reason.

And, look, was he wrong? He coached that defense to holding them to 16 points on Sunday, with a depleted secondary.

Hmm this is what I meant with cracks starting to appear. We've got more than enough for everyone to be focused on rather than pulling power moves and trying to point score.

Either they look a lot better and win or the national media maybe calls out the terrible Oline and play call coaching issues.

We'll be fine yall. We'll win by 6. Trevor's rushing for over 60 yards with 2 TD's.

I just got the script today.

Vegas called. Told me that people are going in on the Bills. So, they will screw those betters over and have the refs on our side for Monday night. Jags win.
