Someone should sign Lawrence to a fat, long-term contract. That’ll fix things.
eeek, this team has regressed
the better they looked on paper, the worse they actually are on the field

Don’t even know how this can be turned around with this owner. He refuses to tear it down, best he will do is fire Pederson. Baalke will stay.

I honestly believe that it was only during that first season, the Doug actually put in a lot of effort to have the Jags in a position to win. After that, he probably thought he could just put it on cruise control and coast. He's a Superbowl winning coach with nothing else to prove.
That may work on certain teams (Steelers), but the Jags are a totally different breed of a team. I don't know what it is, a curse, a systemic problem with the team, organization, etc., or if its just Northeast Florida where middle-aged people get lulled into golfing, fishing, sitting at the porch drinking, but that mindset won't ever work here, no matter how good the team and the players are on paper

If one or the other stays I think I'd officially be done with this team as long as Khan is owner, dude really needs someone in his ear to run things. He may be a great businessman, but he's a complete loser NFL owner. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Real talk I’ve never seen us this bad, ever. That’s Shack Harris, Gene Smith, David Caldwell, expansion year worse than ever before
This is clearly not an O-Line issue...
Many of us were expressing concern last year regarding the coaching. It's obvious now. Pederson has completely lost the team. This team came out weak last Sunday in our home opener. And tonight, Monday Night, we looked like the Fernandina Beach Middle School 'Lil Pirates. (No offense to the Pirates, they actually play with heart) (09-23-2024, 10:37 PM)EricC85 Wrote: Real talk I’ve never seen us this bad, ever. We cleaned house on our defensive coaches. Press Taylor is still here looking suspiciously like a below average offensive coordinator.
