Khan knows firing staff doesn't necessarily translate to winning on the field. Could make things even worse. Lack of continuity usually hurts teams but lately it seems to be a way to galvanize a franchise (Texans, Commanders, Bucs, Falcons).

This. He absolutely does want to win. Making money is definitely an objective too and that’s why he hired Lamping but ultimately his goal is to make money and win while he’s doing it. He just hasn’t been able to find the right combination on the football side of things. At worst it could be said that he’s too patient and too loyal which is valid but I’m sure he’d love to have a multiple Super Bowl winning team in Jax. He just doesn’t know how.
