fireing people won't do any good,it will be a repeat of same thing with new HC if doug is fired. first year will be a fluke season were team looks like they are on the rise to being a good team for years,and then in the seconed year Boom right back to loseing.  yea 9-8 might be a overall winning record but the team lost  5 out of the last 6 games in 2023,and if it wasn't for the stinky panthers jags would've  ended up on a 6 game loseing streak.  we should start getting prepared,nd used to always loseing.
