And exactly what is the difference in him hiring a GM from him hiring an EVP, or him picking this awesome consulting firm some folks seem enamored with? He has to make a decision about something. He's chosen to decide the GM for sure, maybe the coach but we don't really know. What we do know is he picks a person to bring expertise he doesn't have to the job and then leaves them alone to do the job, and that's about the best behavior you can want from an owner. He just needed Tom Coughlin to not [BLEEP] the bed and even he failed Khan. so he's probably a little skittish about that call now too.
