To continue the analogy, Prisco is Elrond.  Prisco isn't going to enter the fight.  He's just here to report the facts as he sees them.  He's not able or willing to enter the battle.

Boselli is Gandalf the Grey.  Remember, Gandalf the Grey didn't really want to fight the fight either.  He was just analyizing the situation and trying to figure out what was wrong.  He never really wanted to fight the battle.  But when the [BLEEP] hit the fan, he took it upon himself to defend the fellowship he loved.  I have no doubt that Boselli would fight for this franchise the way Gandalf fought for the Fellowship at Durin's Tower in Moria.

Prisco would pony up for the amount of money Shad would pay. 

Prisco knows his stuff, and he doesn't shy away from dropping truth bombs. If the owner wants someone in his ear telling him what's working and what's not, he could do much worse than Prisco imo.
