The Walker Little era is here.

Give Me A Break! The only reason that he's a starter is the trade of Robinson. The Jaguars knew that we wouldn't be able to resign Robinson as a FA in his last contract year so they traded him acquiring additional Draft Picks. Walker will be an career back up within the NFL. Hopefully I'm Wrong, BUT.

Time Will Tell.

Little was having a decent game up until Mac Jones’ last interception. The Vikings exposed Little with an inside stunt which allowed them to get home and caused Jones to chunk it for a pick to end the game.

Etienne tried to help but we all know how he blocks.

Sounds like the whole o line had a bad game, not much room to run and some pressures given up.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Little graded out a 73 on pff, an average grade yesterday

Yep, he wasn't the problem yesterday. He's as advertised, an average left tackle and we could've been getting average play from him for million of dollars less than we paid Cam for his below average play.

He got beat a couple times by Greenard and missed a his guy a couple times in the run game.  I'm not going to make my decision on him until the end of the season because there is still 7 games to play.

That's the past though and we need to look towards the future and how good he can becomes.  If the new GM feels he will be average I'm not resigning him.  I want good play from my LT and I think Harrison can give you that.  I think Anton would be a better LT than RT.  Little still has 7 games though to prove he can be that guy.  Hopefully he plays great these next 7 games.

I have reservations on Harrison moving to LT in year three. He had 2 pressures yesterday. Hance gave up 1 pressure and Scherff did as well.

I don't think Little gave up a pressure at all yesterday. He looked better than Cam Robinson. That's for sure.

We win that game yesterday if Lawrence plays and the fact that the coaches insisted on sticking to the running game against the #1 ranked run defense should really piss people off.

They were throwing it around relatively well in the first half. They got away from it in the 2nd half and they didn't mix it up enough.

They got away from the TE sets. They didn't do [BLEEP] to get BTJ open or involved. They kept running it on 1st and 2nd downs. No screens. No creativity.

But, to stay on topic. Little is worth keeping moving forward. I think you leave Harrison at RT and you draft your future at LT. Whether that's Campbell or Banks in the top 5 or figuring out a way to get that big kid out of WV.

I don't like the idea of [BLEEP] up consistency and continuity with Harrison at RT.

He played good in my opinion. I didn't see him get beat badly or anything all that much. Impressive considering it was his 2nd start with a different QB in the mix. He adjusts well in my opinion in pass protection.

I want him back in 2025.

I think the issue is at what cost. Even an average LT contract in FA would probably start around 3 years, $45 to maybe 4 years, $55.

Has he earned that? (Honestly asking as I'm not good at grading O-Line play).

Does he even want to? What other teams would need a LT?

He's not someone you tag. IMO.

Walker was our top rated player on offense yesterday and have an 89 pass block rating which is elite. Anyone saying he played poorly yesterday doesn’t know what they were watching.

We upgraded the LT.  That can't be in doubt anymore.

I think there are other linemen we should be targeting in the draft and free agency...  Of course, we'll probably let Little walk, and therefore we'll be completely screwed.

I'm just saying it's better to try and keep Little for now, if we can.  Our Guards are aging and probably not going to be consistent next year.  Cleveland is serviceable at Center, but he's not elite.  There's other areas to target on the O-Line than Little.  Little is better than Cam Robinson, that's all I'm saying.  Hopefully we can keep him and focus on other areas of the line.  I'm just saying that Little isn't the problem of the O-Line.  It's the interior of the Line that is problematic.

I don't see Cleveland playing center, he's a 26 year old guard who fills in at tackle in an emergency who we just signed to 3 years. We needed to draft a center last year, but the Goofball in the GM chair thought signing Mitch Morse was good enough. Walker Little likely won't be back, it's obvious what the staff thinks of him regardless of what we've thought for a year. And Baalke is clearly going to tag Mac Jones, so that avenue will be closed as well.

Cleveland is serviceable.  26 years old for a Center isn't really that old.  Though his injuries could be an issue moving forward.  I'd rather we focus on LG and RG.  Tag Little if we can't get multiple picks with our 1st overall pick, and we can really start building an O-Line that can dominate the AFC South.

He's 26 and never played a snap at center in his career; he was a tackle in college and a guard in the pros. Why can't we just grab a natural center instead of trying to shoehorn a guy in?
