He's 26 and never played a snap at center in his career; he was a tackle in college and a guard in the pros. Why can't we just grab a natural center instead of trying to shoehorn a guy in?

We only have so many picks, dude.  You know that.  We have to fix the guards.  That's should be the priority, don't you think?

So your plan to fix the guards is to move your best guard that you just signed to a long contract to a new position he's never played before and then try to replace him? Seriously?

NO.  I'm saying that there are other needs we should focus on in terms of the interior line.

You said it yourself.

Cleveland may not be the best Center.  But we have other needs in terms of LG and RG...  That's where we should focus.  Am I wrong?  If I am, let me know.

Cleveland IS the left guard, you don't have a need there unless you do something stupid like move him to a position he's never played before.

It's fine, you're not stupid. It happens and I really thought you just had the wrong name.

The PFF average grade for an OT is "60"

60s grade  is average.  He got a 73.  3 points above average. Ya happy?

That's the past though and we need to look towards the future and how good he can becomes.  If the new GM feels he will be average I'm not resigning him.  I want good play from my LT and I think Harrison can give you that.  I think Anton would be a better LT than RT.  Little still has 7 games though to prove he can be that guy.  Hopefully he plays great these next 7 games.
I have reservations on Harrison moving to LT in year three. He had 2 pressures yesterday. Hance gave up 1 pressure and Scherff did as well.

I don't think Little gave up a pressure at all yesterday. He looked better than Cam Robinson. That's for sure.

We win that game yesterday if Lawrence plays and the fact that the coaches insisted on sticking to the running game against the #1 ranked run defense should really piss people off.

They were throwing it around relatively well in the first half. They got away from it in the 2nd half and they didn't mix it up enough.

They got away from the TE sets. They didn't do [BLEEP] to get BTJ open or involved. They kept running it on 1st and 2nd downs. No screens. No creativity.

But, to stay on topic. Little is worth keeping moving forward. I think you leave Harrison at RT and you draft your future at LT. Whether that's Campbell or Banks in the top 5 or figuring out a way to get that big kid out of WV.

I don't like the idea of [BLEEP] up consistency and continuity with Harrison at RT.

He played good in my opinion. I didn't see him get beat badly or anything all that much. Impressive considering it was his 2nd start with a different QB in the mix. He adjusts well in my opinion in pass protection.

I want him back in 2025.

I just rewatched.  Little looked pretty good yesterday but go watch the last pick.  That was a hit and pressure given up and the reason Mac threw the pick, Etieene got his guy for once on the switch.  To early to make a decision on Little for me with 7 games left.  He has to play good down the stretch for me to resign him.

NO

Wrong again

The grade of "60.0" is what they deem as average in their grading system.
Not "the sixties"
He graded 13 above average.

Now go look up what the average grade for an offensive tackle is and get back to me

hint: It's [BLEEP] 60.0

Yellow is [BLEEP] average.  Color grading scale.  You think only 90 is elite?  What do you call a 91?  Above elite?  There are a group of players that's average

The first priority is to fix the LT position, one of the most important position of the OL unit. Little doesnt strike me as a starter and we've just invested alot of money on a QB. You want him protected at all cost. LT should be a big need in the offseason wether thats via trade or draft.

I don't think you can blame Little for that pressure. It was a combination of issues. They both weren't prepared for that type of defense. ETN allowed the defender to get too far up field, so when he passes him off, the defender is on Little's hip and no way to block him at that point. Little didn't recognize the stunt soon enough, so he didn't look to pick up the inside defender until the defender was running into his hip.

So they both caused it by not being ready. Then Jones panicked and tried to force the ball instead of throwing it away.

Little is fine, been that way all along but they insisted Cam play instead for deity knows why. Similar to our great DT who only plays End actually, unexplainable to normal people.
