In the last decade or so, only one Republican member of Congress has been under federal investigation. Only one member has seen the DOJ operate from the wrong side.
That member is Matthew Gaetz.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Ryt roe. I smell a house investigation headed their way. Seems she backed the bus over them.

Did you want someone who would kill more troops unnecessarily due to an incompetent withdraw from a foreign country?
Kinda like pretending you don’t know who made that horrific agreement for withdrawal with solely the Taliban? Here’s a hint he bankrupted 3 casinos.

To be fair, that’s pretty much P_rushing with every single claim he’s ever made on this board

Tulsi is openly sympathetic to Putin and to Assad.  She's not hiding it, and she has a right to her opinion.  And Trump has a right to try to appoint her to this position.
Congress and the President work together to shape foreign policy. Congress has a decision to make.  Do we keep holding Russia's feet to the fire, or do we give them everything they want? Because Tulsi is only ever going to do the latter.
Choose wisely. Glad it's not up to me.

I don't get the Gaetz pick, other than Trump saying to Gaetz, "well, you were loyal and I tried to reward that, but you didn't get the votes."

I agree with the Trump motive. Gaetz won’t get the votes and Trump knows it.

And he looks like Beavis.

His abrupt resignation from congress says otherwise. He will get the votes.

Elon will put his $ behind primarying those who don't push Trump's agenda forward. It's a new world.

May not need them if Trump gets him thru in recess.

In a world where he doesn't get in, DeSantis will likely fill Rubios senate seat with Gaetz.

5D chess right there.

Yeah, no. Gaetz is done. His reputation among other lawmakers, of both parties, is not high. Trump set him up to fail and he stupidly doubled down on it by resigning.

It's hard to imagine MG ending up a regular civilian without a political home as the outcome of this.

He'll be working on K street. That suits him much better than being a Representative.

Makes sense to me but lots of perfectly sensible predictions have not come true lately.

Perfectly sensible, or predictions crafted by a biased media?
