So what "up and comer" is going to flop at head coaching this franchise next?

It's probably going to have to be a defensive minded coach.   

The offense just needs to focus on rushing the ball, moving the chains...and playing good defense.  ALA the Steelers and Mike Tomlin.

Trevor can be a good QB in a run first offensive.   The defense needs to be fixed from the top down.

I don't think they are necessarily trying to run up the score, I think Campbell wants to get them the reps and playing for 4 Q's. Getting to the business end of the season and want the team in it's groove.
