I'm not a fan of A.I. taking over things but I have to say, in this particular application, it's pretty cool. I had to buy a new Amazon Fire tablet and it has a feature to create your own background wallpaper. You describe the image you want to create such as 'autumn in the mountains' and choose a style; photorealistic, fantasy, oil painting, pop-up art, etc., then hit 'create your image'.

It doesn't always get it 100%, or the style you use isn't the best for the image you described. I put in 'Oktoberfest' and 'photorealistic' it came up with a beer wench dressed in the traditional Oktoberfest clothes holding a couple of huge beer steins full to the brim. I was looking more for the beer tents I went in or the overall atmosphere of the Munich festival I went to back in the day. I guess for some things you may have to be specific. Nonetheless it's actually pretty cool.

At least the beer wench was a hottie, however, she was slacking. The ones I saw in Munich carried at least two to three per hand. Their grip strength must be something they work on year round. Lol.

I did create a few that I think are pretty cool. Seasonal type stuff. I don't get real complicated with things like that.

^^^^ When I was a teenager I was friends with a girl in her 20s who decided not to wear a seatbelt one day. She was a passenger in the front seat of a car that slid off the road and into a ditch thanks to inclement weather. She went through the windshield and her face bounced off the hood of the car and she sustained an orbital fracture and a cheekbone fracture that required quite a bit of surgery. She wasn't disfigured but you could tell something had happened. Other than a concussion I don't remember any other injuries but I made sure I wore by seatbelt after that.

This is really interesting. A geologist examines a debris flow in the Appalachians caused by Hurricane Helene and explains the why and how of what we see. It really gives scale to the amount of destruction the people who live up there actually experienced. A worthy educational watch for anyone inclined.

It took all those crazy years for me to get to this point. That's the natural order of things so I don't think it would work out too well. I'd probably still make dumb decisions. Lol. 

I see my younger self in those age brackets now; the ignorance, the naivety, the assurance that I know what's going on.... I didn't know anything! Lol

Understandable. I'm with Americus on this. The natural order and progression of things are what molds us. If we could relive our youth with the knowledge we have now, we wouldn't be young. I think it would be a mentally exhausting and demoralizing existence. Give me youth and ignorance any day.

Okay, that was awesome!

If you like Disturbed's version of Sound of Silence you should like this one too. He's one of the singers in that video. This dude has some range. I didn't think he'd be able to hit higher notes but he did geeat. His inspiration for this is the Disturbed version. Another dude did the Simon and Garfunkel version but I prefer Disturbed and Bobby.
