Awww man, so now we are getting deprived of moments of greatness like staring down and force-feeding whoever the newest receiver is on the roster, and missing the wide-open guy standing in the end zone?

Doug Pederson is neither of those and has never been those. If you actually look his offenses produce 20-22 points per game which is a bit below average. He had one year when Frank Reich's offense scored 29 ppg and a SB win when he worked for Doug as OC.

Hey watch out for the Doom and Gloom!
Trev is going to be okay, this guy is special and has great mental/physical qualities. It’s a shame we didn’t cut his season before that nasty hit but now he gets to finally take care of that shoulder and rest, The most important thing is that his brain is Okay and he can keep living a good life and take care of his wife and baby. The team is also going to be okay, I don’t know if we will be Super Bowl competitive in this decade but we aren’t going to be bottom feeders either. We gonna get an other good draft pick, the AFC South isn’t very good and we should have a relatively chill schedule next year. That should set up a brighter future. I don’t think we even were that bad this year,a lot of clutch games, but that’s just me ??♀️

This should absolve me of any obligation to do my job of signing competent offensive linemen. We can use the money saved to sign more rehabilitated and worthless linebackers. Winning!

Plenty of time to heal up for next season. Sucky part though is he was about the only thing that made this team watchable. These last 5 games are going to stink. Dan Campbell made sure the Lions ran the score up to make sure Baalke and Pederson were fired, and Shaair tried to make sure Lawrence got his surgery early so that he'd be healthy for 2025. I am going to say it now. If Baalke is here next year? I am not watching a single game nor going to any home games. Not going to continue to support this slow burn of a disappointment of a golden opportunity handed to this franchise four years ago. We're turning this kid into Andrew Luck 2.0, just with worse support across the roster and organization.
Any team worth a [BLEEP] would have taken this kid by now and turned him into a force to be reckoned with. We're hindering him and hammering him into the ground now. And to think, he has a no trade clause in his contract. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. Trevor won't be back next season. after spending time at home with his wife, and new born baby,he will decided playing football isn't for him,and he doesn't want to risk major serious injury so he will retire early. I wouldn't blame him either when he does. Family first.

We're turning this kid into Andrew Luck 2.0, just with worse support across the roster and organization. I hope Shad is ready for the monumental blowback from the fans if it isn't a clean sweep. Baalke just has to go. His decisions in the offseason have not helped the team in anyway. BTJ has been good but that's it. The FA pickups have been bad and we still look very weak at Dline. If Doug had gone Parcells and complained 'he should be able to pick the ingredients' then some fans may have given him a pass but the way he's handled himself this season means he's got to go to. And your absolutely right. This is what is so frustrating watching Trevor. He clearly has talent and has so many of those qualities you want in a QB but we are constantly expecting him to lift and overcome all the obstacles we put in his way rather than just going out and playing. We've seen what he can do when they have a system that schemes downfield passes open and the D can get stops and turnovers. Fans will drag themselves through the next 5 games but we need something after Black Monday to build optimism through the offseason or it could get very bad. His press conferences are just getting ridiculous. Or are we too stupid to understand again? Or was it one of those secret changes no one could know? We show less advertisements to registered users. That's good news and should quieten down the retirement talk (sadly on here) But that also means he could play Sunday? ![]() |
