Not sure how anyone after this press conference doesn't come away with the conclusion that Shad is the worst owner in the league from a football perspective. I get the non-football stuff- keeping the team in Jax/new stadium, but this guy from a football perspective is a clueless joke.

If anyone didn't already think this before the interview, then they know nothing about NFL.

Shad is just in over his head as an NFL owner and he’s either too egotistical or lacks self-awareness to get the right guy to tell him the truth. Baalke is a brown nose who tells Shad exactly what he wants to hear and Shad can’t see it. He’s a good guy but he’s got this enormous blind spot and we’re going to struggle until we get past that.

Literally pinned all the team's problems on Doug. O wasn't good enough, D was 32nd. Team was predictable and the roster is pretty good.

Whatever we think of our GM, and I am one who wishes we could get a new one, but whatever you think of him, seriously, this roster is a lot better than 4-13. Heck, look at our defense- from the middle of the pack to 31st in total defense and last in pass defense. And what changed? I think the roster actually got better. The major change was the defensive coaches.

At least we are going to change the coaching staff. That was a must. I'm sorry we haven't changed the GM, but that coaching staff sucked.

Doug's fault was he was too loyal to Press.  Khan openly wanted Doug to call the plays but Doug stayed loyal to press.

He had the balls to reference Aaron Rodgers situation with the Jets when asked about Lawrence's input on how the team is operated. You made him one of the highest paid players in NFL history. Surely you're committed to him.

Not even a Jets fan nor do I care for Woody Johnson. However, at least he has the stones to swing and miss, to make moves, to hold people accountable. 

It'll be funny as [BLEEP] when they end up hiring Joe Brady or Ben Johnson and that team is back on track within a year while we're [BLEEP] around with some C listed hire.
