Well, he's about to either:
A- Have a new HC telling him who to draft
or
B- Get fired because the new HC wants him gone

so...
he can scout those guys all he wants and it won't matter much

Dude...

You were the one that called re-signing Little "doing nothing" to help the LG position

Now you're trying to call someone else out on it?

I do recall that guy saying Little was a backup that couldn't beat out Robinson who was the best lineman on the team though, LOL

lol

I am a fan, not a cheerleader.

Blank #2 it is.

I like the idea of bringing a G in via day 2 pick or a trade back in the first and maybe shooting for a swing tackle later on. No idea what to figure with Foster, is he another one of those late bloomers that takes a year or two before making it on the field? Does he make it onto the field?

Baalke drafts guys that take some time to develop. It's been his pattern forever, he's a high ceiling/high potential drafter. Occasionally you need a guy who is ready today even if he's maxxed out in two years. I think Tate Ratledge is that guy in the guard class, he'll be ready to go with the big boys on day 1 though he might not have the really high peak in year 3 or 4. What he becomes in year 2 might be it, but it will still be very good IMO.

Agreed.  The problem with drafting "projects" on day one or even two is that, even if they work out, you've wasted the cheap part of their  rookie deal while coaching them up.

Can we leave the personal insults behind for a while and get back to some semblance of topic, gents?
Please, and thank you.
