I think we need to interview Alec Halaby.  Hes would be young for GM but he is Howie Roseman's protege. Roseman is an amazing GM and a great drafter.

Kingsbury is at the top of his ability as an OC, I wouldn't consider him for more than that.

Agreed.  I was really hot on Boselli back in November.  But I think he's too much of a "yes" man that would lead to Baalke like results.  Let Boselli do what he does best, hype up the team.  But he should have no input on actual tough decisions that are needed to be made.
