Is the press still allowed to fact check him? Depending on how long he speaks, I'll go with one lie every two minutes.

Hopefully that number will be low, but he loves the sound of his own voice.


My prediction:

He will spend the majority of the time blaming all the nation's current ills on Biden/Obama/Clinton, praising himself as a brilliant POTUS who is saving America and the world at large, and basking in congressional Trumplicans' adoration as they clap like trained seals.
