Is it looking more and more like a QB at #3?

Before it seemed like Clowney or Khalil Mack but given the strong interest in Van Noy who we could grab in round 2, beefing up the o-line and trying to get Alex Mack...if Clowney is gone I actually could see us taking Teddy or Manziel.

If anything, I get the feeling we're heading farther away.
Watkins has entered the spotlight most recently in the revolving door that is the Jaguar selection speculation. Clowney, Mack, Watkins are the three most mentioned lately.

I think it all depends on who the first two players are off the board. I'm sure Caldwell is ready for multiple scenarios to happen.
Nothing has changed since the end of the year. If Dave thinks there is a franchise QB he will draft one at 3. There has been no information released about that. I doubt he would go about the offseason differently whether he drafts a QB in the first or not.
3 IMO is too high to draft any QB in this draft, however if you trade down and you have a Bortles, Johnny Jaguar you may bite the bullet.

We are def drafting a QB in the 1st or 2nd round, we just had every QB prospect that is expected to go in round 1 and 2, here the last two days, which points to def a new QB early.

If we do get Mack it would seem like an indicator that Dave wants a rookie qb leading the team next year. Pure speculation but it's what I do best.

Maybe its to keep Henne upright, so a rookie qb can learn for a year and not get thrown in before he's ready like the last one did. We show less advertisements to registered users. I watch the Patriots fall one win away from the Super Bowl last year, with nothing but a bunch of scrubs at WR, and I watch the Seahawks win the Superbowl in convincing fashion with average WR's, and it tells me that I don't need to spend the number 3 overall pick on a WR in a WR rich draft.
Unless he's Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson, or Larry Fitzgerald, I'm going elsewhere. Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Did you also notice in the Super Bowl when Percy Harvin had a 30 yard run on a Jet Sweep and an 87 yard Kickoff Return? Speed kills man, and Sammy has speed.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Could very well be true. Just seems wanting to get a proven center leads me to believe someone younger will be sticking their hand up said centers butt. I can see both sides though. If he believes this crop "needs seasoning" and isn't worth drafting as high as 3, he won't.

Did they have scrub recievers as well? |
