I didnt see this posted yet, but this article definitely doesn't pain Jameis Winston or Florida Statue University in a good light.

 

I never knew there was a second "incident."  Like the article states, it wasnt illegal, but it threw up some red flags.

This really isnt about FSU/UF or any other school.  This could happen on any school campus.  The terrible investigation led to these questions.....because of that nobody will ever really know if he's really innocent or guilty. 

 

Unfortunately for him, even if he is completely innocent, there is a bad taste left out there for many.

I think the article is slanted because it's pulling out the terrible investigation both the police department and school did. 

 

I haven't done a ton of research into it, but it brought a few things to light.  I hope it didn't happen because he is a fun player to watch, but I also feel for the women that this stuff happened to.

There's plenty in this story that simply doesn't smell right.  It was absolutely botched by police doing the investigation, and again by the state's attorney who was the point person.

the original incident was as well covered up and as dirty as it comes. there is maybe 1% doubt in my mind that jameis raped that girl. and it looks like he is a repeat offender, based on new things coming to light. that kind of thing ruins lives. and he may have got away with it because he is a big time college player. but it will catch up with him eventually.
