its not a leap. if you followed the "investigation" closely. there was plenty that didnt add up. 99% of the time, just based on what they knew. the person would have been charged and would have had to go through court. but jameis is....not to be funny, famous. and these police officers, some are fans, some are dirty, coming from a family of police officers, we were all shocked he didnt get charged. that includes my brother, a police officer in tampa, who is the biggest FSU fan alive.

I did follow the investigation. I did not think he would be charged because it would have been extremely difficult to prove. His word vs hers.


And yes, it is a leap. You are talking about a giant conspiracy that includes the toxicologist. Is it possible? Sure, but now we are just throwing around baseless claims.

Why should we give this girl a chance? She was known around campus as a cleat chaser, and she changed her story MULTIPLE times throughout this process. This hasn't made sense from the start.

Is it possible? Sure. However, considering the number of FSU athletes that have been arrested and charged with crimes by the TPD, I have a hard time believing they cherry-picked this particular case with a heralded recruit/possible future starter to tank the investigation.

 

Either way, in instances like this where the evidence is inconclusive everyone is going to go with their own bias anyway.
