All people are assumed to be innocent and they have to be proved guilty. No court in the history of the civilized world has ever proved anyone innocent of anything, that's not what they do.

Yup, you've done a spectacular job of getting across the point that you dont understand the very basics of the legal system, have some sort of narcissistic complex that makes you think you are the topic of conversation when you are definitely not, completely fail to understand the difference in meanings between the words accusation, investigation and guilty, that you are so defensive and paranoid you think everyone is out to get you, that you have some iffy at best views on women and sexual violence and that overall if you are losing an argument you will simply make stuff up.

I don't know if he did it, and he is entitled to a presumption of innocence.   That said, I have a suspicion that all is not right with Jameis Winston.   The story of the second woman who needed counseling after having consensual sex with him is part of it.  In addition, I can't see why the accuser would have any motivation to accuse him falsely.    Of course, there is the possibility that he actually thinks it was consensual and she actually thinks it was rape.  

 

Put me on a jury, knowing what I know right now, and I would have to vote not guilty.   But I would feel very uneasy about it. 

 

Regardless, if I was an NFL GM and I had the chance to draft him, I would hire every private detective in the world to find out who Jameis Winston really is on the inside before I invested my future in the guy.
