Clowney just rubs people the wrong way with his easygoing behavior. He reminds me of the Shaq or Dwight Howard who where somehow dissed about their personality and work ethic. That didn't prevent them to be dominant players.

I'm still trying to figure out what exactly he said here that was so patently ridiculous?

 

I have doubts about many of the claims of Clowney's poor work ethic.

 

Sapp may not be able to speak to Clowney's day to day work habits.

 

But he can speak directly as to what it  takes to succeed at the NFL level, because he's done it, and he's been around other highly successful players who have done it.

 

Might his take on Clowney based upon Clowney's decision to stop the private workouts due to injury risk be a bit reactionary?  Sure.

 

But he is far fromt he only one who has voiced questions regarding Clowney's work ethic.  Sterling Sharpe hammered Clowney with questions regarding his work ethic in the upcoming Game Changers special.

His addition to the game day team has ruined that broadcast.

 

I know he's beloved here, and revered inside the stadium, so he'll never be forced to stop doing the radio show or game day broadcasts, but he's terrible.

I could say the same comment about Sexton. IMO, Sexton is just as bad, if not worse at his gig than Boselli is. If you're going to label Boselli as terrbile, then lets just go across the board and give Sexton his due as well.
