There is evidence, you just choose to ignore it.

I read nothing about anyone being sexually assaulted. You must know something Willie Meggs and co. don't know.

If FSU played against the Jaguars, they would root for FSU

Lol. Actually I'm a bigger Jaguar fan than FSU. Luckily though I don't have to choose between the two.

His guest was a professional sports journalist. Its not like they are making it up, although I know you so badly wish they were.

You cant cover up the stink of that tainted season. Sorry.

This aspect of the story has been corroborated by multiple sources:

His facebook has connections with FSU athletics.

He is a FSU graduate and a fan.

His mother "was previously a member of a "Jameis Winston Fans" page until late last week"

Ya this isnt a conflict of interest at all

Where there's smoke, there's probably fire. The truth here lies somewhere between the two accounts. The failure by law enforcement to properly investigate the evidence leaves this under a cloud.

That being said, it's not the first, and it won't be the last time things like this happen where star players are concerned, whether it's rape, consensual, or the coverup.
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

So let me get this straight.  None of us still know what happened and TPD did a bad job handling the case and evidence...  Just making sure nothing new has come to light from 22 pages ago.

Don't forget that FSU should be ashamed and their national title is tainted forever.

Ya lets put it all on the police. You really think FSU is blameless?

Again, this happened off campus. What exactly do you want FSU to do? Anything that happens off campus out here is handled by TPD.

Maybe look into it... derp. It seems they were fine with letting it go unnoticed.

It involved one of their players. They have a responsibility to investigate. That is why FSU is currently under investigation. Where it happened is irrelevant.

Id say considering it took them a year to do anything about this, the ruling by this investigation team will not be good.

"Innocent until proven guilty."

The phrase is so out of place today. Someone comes out and says ______ raped them and then everyone suddenly hates ________ as if he were some sort of demonspawn.

I understand TPD screwed up the case, but that doesn't mean we can assume things, does it? A cover up or lack of investigation from the school is certainly problematic, but no more problematic than someone coming out and saying they were raped by a famous celebrity.

Let's face it, everyone has an ulterior motive that stays behind closed doors nowadays.
