What is the chance

That texans take Watkins #1 overall.
The most ready offensive player in the draft, I can't see where Clowney fits with the texans d. And Mack is a high tier 2 player, IMO clowney and Watkins are the 2 stand away players. Texans have johnson who's getting on, and may think taking a weapon for there new qb, (whoever they take) would greatly help out. The closer we get to more I think this could get be there move, unless they get a good trade down offer. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Not gonna happen they just took Hopkins last year
Quote:Not gonna happen they just took Hopkins last yearThis. Even though Andre Johnson isn't exactly a spring chicken, he's still a very good WR as well. I think it'd be more likely that they would draft a RT than a WR at 1.
Houston isn't taking Watkins #1.
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Quote:That texans take Watkins #1 overall. If the highlighted is true, then that's an issue with their defense. He is talented enough that he can fit into any defense.

Quote:That texans take Watkins #1 overall.Don't be astonished to see Watkins outside the top five (8-15 range possibly even lower). Draft a guy then teach him to play pro wide receiver. Really?

Quote: What is the chance of a guy like you and a girl like me.... ending up together? Just give it to me straight! ________________________________________________ Scouting well is all that matters. Draft philosophy is all fluff. Quote:Well, Hopkins does kinda.....SUCK, so.... Hopkins was doing decently for them for a while. He finished with 52 catches and a 15.4 YPC average. For a first year guy opposite Andre Johnson, with the disaster that was Schaub last year, that doesn't suggest "suck" at all. With this in mind, there is no way the Texans take Watkins first overall. Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!

I don't remember many big plays by him after that one big game he had that many mislabeled his "breakout" Quote:He must have had a lot of those catches in garbage time. I don't remember many big plays by him after that one big game he had that many mislabeled his "breakout" Here's his game logs... http://www.pro-football-reference.com/pl.../gamelog// He had a stretch where they went up against a bunch of tough defenses shortly after his huge week 2 game. He didn't have a game that measured up to Blackmon's rookie year game against Houston, but he was still decent all things considered. Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!

Overall, Hopkins had a solid rookie year. Most receivers don't start to break out until year 2 or 3.
