Quote:I use the Big Green Egg. Can't really beat those things. My brother has one. He texts me pictures like 3x a week with all the awesome food he makes on it. Jackass.
Quote:Note to self: that brand of coffee is for morning use only. Done that a few times myself.. My poison of choice is Folgers Colombian Roast.. Good stuff.. Quote:I just had some serious coffee and I'm ready to wrestle a bear. I've got a CharBroil side by side combination charcoal and Propane grill. The Charcoal section has a bolt on Firebox so it can be used as a smoker as well. It's super handy to have all of that ability, but once you get the thing all assembled it has about the same maneuverability as the Sears Tower. One item that is amazing on that machine though is the smoked burger. Here's how it works; get some of those all natural, frozen hamburger patties and while you're smoking pretty much anything else throw the patties in the smoker to give them that flavor. Turn on the propane side after ten minutes, then after 15 minutes take the patties out and finish them on the propane side. Every time I try them, they turn out better than the last time.

Quote:I bet a turkey burger would be awesome on there!!! I haven't done one of those yet but I bet you're right! They gotta be frozen though else the meat will really start to break apart and it could make it tough to get off of the grill.
