Last year with two top 10 picks at OT's on the roster our offense was terrible those games Monroe and Luke Joeckel started, not because of Monroe and Joeckel but because we had terrible QBs and not much talent.

 

We were told last year before the draft that RT is important and protection is important and all that, and we got us a Top T, did that make a difference? No we were worse then the year before, once again not Joeckels fault.

 

This is why drafting another T isnt gonna fix much as long is we have a mediocre QB and mediocre talent on offense. The problem with the OL was the interior that is why Dave went out and got Zane Beadles, and tried to spend 40 mil on an all pro Center. 

 

Pastor is a solid RT, picking a RT at 3 and moving Pastor inside just doesnt make sense, what if Pastor isnt as good at G? 

 

This team is not going to go anywhere until we get a QB and play makers, we cant keep drafting LT's Monroe and joeckel in the last 5 years. Get explosive play makers, Blackmon was a great pick but he is a nut case. 

 

Get Watkins get Mack or trade back, grab Johnny Football, Aarond Donald or Odell Beckham Jr or Mike Evans

 

I know thats a lot but that's just my feelings on drafting yet another OT situation

I dont think we will, if Dave viewed a Center good enough to go that high he wouldve went so hard at Mack, and G we prob go a lil bit later, but you cant keep picking OT's with mediocre playmaker talent on your team

Yes, WR's are gonna fly off the board in the first round, by the time to 2nd round comes the better WRs will all be gone and BAP wont likely be WR, Personally I rather go Watkins or Mack then QB if we dont trade back.

Yeah, picking a tackle in the top 5 is pretty much always a bad idea.

I think they'll be alert enough to know we didn't draft a DE, QB, or WR.  OT would probably be on par with G/C or P for least popular options in the first round.

I don't think anyone has to worry too much about it. It wouldn't upset me too much, personally, but I don't see it happening.

 

I think the pick will be Mack if he's there, and if he's not, Watkins.
