Quote:Who cares. I hope Caldwell decides to only put an intern in there like he joked about earlier this year. He said that? haha, was that in response to someone bringing up the Jags war room shot from last year? Quote:If I was Caldwell I'd put a fake draft board up that's just visible enough to screw with the other teams minds. Thats actually a good idea. Quote:Was it a debacle? Well, it didn't look good....

Quote:If that's all he remembers, then it must be true. Delight in Jags slights?? LOL I hated that being shown. I was watching the draft with my buddies (fans of other teams) at the sports bar and when they showed that shot, they were all laughing. As a Jags fan, It was embarrassing.
This year they should have a shot of the room with all the lights off and a "be back in 1 hour" sign hanging on the door.

Quote:He said that? haha, was that in response to someone bringing up the Jags war room shot from last year?Yea. Somebody asked him something about the war room shot. He smiled and said something along the lines of just putting an intern in there this year.

To get this thread back in topic....(lets try to keep it strictly tweets)
Its a few days old but it not much Jags news going around right now, @HaysCarlyon Dave says two teams have called about trading. #Jaguars https://twitter.com/HaysCarlyon/status/462269736051802112

Quote: Uhm.....thats not the shot in question, and you know it. Theres a shot of 4 NFL team war rooms in split screen, and one of which was the Jags, and in theirs is an empty room with a plain table, and Gus and Dave sitting there, IIRC. The other 3 screens showed other teams war rooms that were loaded with computers, front office staff and the big board's. We show less advertisements to registered users. Later on today I guess is when we should be paying attention, as we were told about 2 days before the draft is when any leaked news tends to be most accurate. We'll see.
Focus on No. 3 RT @NFL_ATL: Bills, Lions looking for bargain to move into top five, per, @RapSheet http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000346886/article/bills-lions-looking-for-bargain-to-move-into-top-five?campaign=Twitter_atl …
If we could somehow grab an extra 2nd round pick, Grab Teddy or Manziel at #9 or #10. Then our draft could look pretty awesome #9- Teddy/Manziel 2nd rounders: Jordan Matthews and Weston Richburg 3rd rounder- Pierre Desir I mean who could hate that?!

If you flip that around, it means that if you are inside the top ten, then you only need to use up the picks from this season. That may be perceived as good incentive for a team like Buffalo or Detroit to trade up.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

A longer wait may lend to me binge drinking and I have to work on Friday. Oof.

That shot of Dave and Gus by themselves in the room was before the draft. Not sure what TMD is talking about.
