Sexton was about as wooden as it got. Frangie probably won't be the long term answer, but I have to imagine he might actually show some emotion now and then. I hear him on the evening drive home and have to admit, I have not picked up on the lisp many have mentioned. Will listen for it. As for a weak signal, I find the fm band 92.5 is much stronger than the 1010 am band. FWIW.

Man, you nailed  it right there, he falls in love with his own sentences and repeats them, and he edits himself while he talks by starting and stopping and restarting.   But all that is okay, to me, it's just the fact that he's a Steeler fan.  What in the world moved the Jaguars to hire an avowed Steeler fan to do the Jaguars' play by play?   The guy has been here all through the existence of the Jaguars, and has refused to give up his allegiance to the Steelers.   I wonder if the Jaguars were even aware of this.  It's ridiculous.   Can we not find a Jaguar fan to do the Jaguar games?

I have, and he sucks. He sounds just like FBT makes him sound. Personally, I like his description because it's 100% accurate.

Frangie has done college football PBP for a few years with Gino Toretta. He's not very good.

I am looking forward to hearing the "Mangler" as his brain tries to keep up with his tongue in PBP.

He does College PBP with Geno Toretta and he is .... how should i put this ..... ive heard high school PBP better SMH. Sexton wasnt great but yall gonna be begging to have him back.
