Not necessarily.  I didn't think he was worth taking in the top 10.

 

Apparently they were "sold," and didn't think they could trade down and still select him.  I can only guess they thought he'd come off to the Browns or Vikings.

Bortles is not Gabbert. Bortles is a tough QB. I just don't think he's as skilled as Bridgewater or as dangerous as Manziel. He won't be a bust, but I'm not sure he'll be great.
