Lots of talent still out there.

Wonder what the chances are of us doing some trading up and getting two bites at the second round cherry ?

Much better talent out there than Matthews, Lee, and Van Voy...they're all ok players just not as good as could be.

If OL get Bitonio, Su'a Filo, Martin, or Richburg.

If WR get Robinson, Adams, or Latimer.

If pass rusher get Lawrence or Attaochu.

I would be a bit disappointed in anything else, even though I do really like Nix and Amaro too just don't think they are high options.

Why even ask the question? Caldwell sucks as a GM. He deserves to be fired for screwing up the team for the next five years.

Nobody else is stupid enough to take a media tool like Bortles seriously.

His rise was limited to this region. Nationally, he got about five minutes of media-fabricated fame before he totally flamed out.

He's the kind of cream puff Gator-biased media people generate in Florida football down years.

The same worms that gushed at "even if he's released" are the same ones that pumped up ol' Biff.

Caldwell doesn't even have a hint they were suckering him into his own doom.

Bortles is revenge for not moving on Tebow. Learn more about passive aggressive behavior.

Hop over to the TU and see for yourself. The Gator-infested media is already washing their hands of Bortles.

My desire is for one of these two situations:

2nd: Marquise Lee

3rd: Whoever of the top 3 guards or 2 centers

or

2nd: Filo or Martin

3rd: Devonte Adams

How long do you think Adams lasts? I think I potentially like him the best of the remaining receivers.

Would love to get Amaro, Robinson, Lee or Latimer. I feel like Amaro and Robinson are really good fits.

Could live with one of the OL remaining, but there are so many that I feel like waiting until the 3rd round to pick one up is best. Kouandjio, Moses, Fleming, Bitonio, Billy & Trai Turner, Su'a-Filo, Martin, Richburg etc. Some of those guys are bound to be there in the third while the playmaking pass catchers likely won't be.

Don't see much to like on the defensive side. Tuitt or Van Noy?

Before the draft I thought it would be Van Noy in the second given that we'd brought him in to look at, now I'm thinking WR. Surely we have to make sure we get Lee? Although I'm not convinced that we'll trade up and someone will definitely take him before we pick.

Surprised he fell out the first

I wouldn't be surprised to see a WR,Van Noy, or OL

this is where having the extra later round picks would be nice to be able to grab an extra player that slides down round 2

I'm assuming WR or C/G here.  Bortles needs help to succeed, especially if he gets thrown to the wolves early.

WR lee

C Martin

LB Van Noy

But value pick might be DT jerrigan

If Su'a-filo is still on the board, run to the podium; I think he'll be a long term stud on some roster.  If he's not there, in looking at the list, then I would go for the best WR on the board to cover Blackmon's absence.

We should go interior OL or DL.  Bitonio, Su'a-Filo, Richburg, Gabe Jackson or Hageman, Nix, Ealy, Attaochu, Tuitt...

Lots of good options.

We could really do with another linebacker, especially after Allen retiring.

Lee definitely

Bortles, Sanders, Blackmon, Lee and Shorts. I like.

we're supposed to just take your word for it?  That there's better talent out there?

Didn't you have Bridgewater ranked #1 overall?  You were off by almost an entire round there buddy, maybe you shouldn't be so confident in your evaluations.

I think we could trade down a few spots.
