You dont want to live in the ones really close to the stadium...unless you enjoy fearing for your life. Mine is the closest nice neighborhood to the stadium thats on the same side of the river. 

 

The area around JU is iffy...its hit or miss over there.

Easy now. I grew up on the Westside, and that pace hasn't exactly shot up the scale in terms of class and sophistication.

All the high class places closed down years ago! Pic N Save is gone...so is the Kmart on Blanding where everyone used to go hang out on the weekend and drink!

hey bunny are there any cheap apartments along the river? Close to the bank. I've been looking online but sometimes without actually living there it's hard to tell
