Where are you getting your info? Blake's not getting THAT many more reps than Henne. And the reps he is getting are with the number 2's. You do have to groom the rookie afterall. What if Henne goes down? He's got to be semi ready to go.

link didn't work.. I'm pretty sure overall Henne has had more first team reps. It would make since tht Bortles got more first team reps towards the end because he needs the work. Unless Henne plays really bad and Bortles plays lights out I doubt he starts. If I'm wrong ill happily admit it but i really don't see Gus deviating from the plan in place.

I see your point w/respect to the coaching plan. And I'm sure that the plan changes throughout the process.


BB5 has received more reps within the latter half of OTAs because of his progress, his draft status, his will to succeed...


If this trend continues within Mandatory Camp and Pre Season, the writing will need to be "Mr. Cleaned" from the walls...

I don't think he'll ever be as bad as Gabbert, either. His pocket presence and ability to keep his eyes downfield on the run are similar to Andrew Luck.

 

Still, I trust the coaching staff must know what they're doing and if he's not on the field it'll be for a reason.

 

Like I said, though, I pray he'll be ready.

They've already said he will be sitting. I don't understand how this is not registering with people. Btw BG looked better than Henne in practice so he got the start....and we all know how that turned out.
