Shack was no great GM he was your avg GM, and the team didnt get worst when he took over, we got better every year for the first 4 years, we have 3 winning seasons 2 playoff seasons, and 1 playoff win, I will take that any day. Gene on the other hand we got worst every year, and the last 2 years have been the worst team in the NFL, something that we never have been.

Actually, we were never the "worst" team (earning the 1st overall pick) under GS, but we did stink.  This season we are a lock for that honor, though.

Even tho we did not have the 1st pick last year we were the worst team last year, KC had like 9 pro bowl players and look at them this year, all they really added was a good coach and solid QB.

Put Alex Smith on this Jaguars team we probably go 5-11 at best.
