MJD wanted #21

#1

I wasn't aware of this...

What was all that talk of selecting 32 because of it being a reminder of how many teams passed on him?

His constant crying was annoying when he was here, but he's taking the victim card to a whole new level. Seems like every other week he's crying about some wrong doing. Get over it man, or as my 4 year old daughter would tell him "let it go, let it go!" (in my best frozen voice)

Dude has to have a chip on that shoulder obviously. Even if he has to manufacture it.

Some of those comments are pretty funny.

I love the article on there:

Uh... MJD... the jury is still out and there is a good chance you certainly DON'T have it anymore.

I just saw something on CBS where he contemplated retirement after this last season because he new he was playing like a shell of his former self. However the Jaguars were the ones doing him wrong by making a business decision. He is such a hypocrite. He put business before the Jaguars yet the team was not allowed to do the same in his eyes. I seriously cannot think of a bigger whiner in the NFL. Hopefully his crying won't be as loud from the West Coast.

Can anyone tell me why MJD is still talking?

Just a bunch of B.S. when he didn't get his way.  $200k is a small price to pay if he "really wanted" that number.

Terry Cousin's is the first person to pull a money grab for exchanging of numbers.  Shame on him.

I like how he assumes that he should have just given him that number because it's been in his family for a long time...how does he know it hadn't been in Cousins family a long time too, or had some equally important meaning to him. The $200k was just Cousin's way of telling MJD to get bent.

That was always such a lame story.

But just because he wanted 21 originally doesn't contradict this.  21 wasn't available so he had to pick another number for another reason.

Word.

Can't believe he did MJD wrong.

Maybe MJD can petition the NFL to make him number "TERRY COUSIN".

Freddy T wanted the 21 also. But Beasley had it at the time.

Well a jersey number is SO IMPORTANT!  Just ask TMD.

I liked the one comment along the lines of why would Cousins give up his number to a Second Round draft pick? Just because he asked politely?? Lol.

As someone indicated above even as a member of our team, his chip on the shoulder thing was getting old. Grow up little guy.

How was he "crying"? He was talking about a subject he was asked about. You know, what players do with the media. What's the big deal?

Why are so many people seeming to be personally offended by MJD now? And the in interview I saw he didn't take any shots at Jacksonville.

Most of the whining seems to be on here, not by MJD.
