We just went up to St Louis and caught a game there.  Pretty cool set up.  Gives people a good spot to go have some drinks and relax before a game.  I can only imagine how busy that place is on a rainy/cool/hot day.

I'm not so certain he wasn't involved in that project.  It was planned several years ago, and took some time to get off the ground, but it was well along the way in the planning process when he left to run the Meadowlands project.

I don't think FBC has nearly the reach they used to. Brunson seems more interested in conquering the suburbs than downtown, unlike his predecessors.

Agreed.  They don't carry the influence downtown the way they once did.  That's why you're starting to see a small entertainment district starting to grow down there.  FBC is focused on their satellite church.  They're not going to be an obstacle here.
