Who Are Some Potential Rbs That You Would Target In The Mid-Rounds?

#1

The writing is on the wall for MJD so we'll most likely need a running back next year. I doubt we take a RB early barring a trade down. Who are some guys you think can be under the radar feature backs that should be available mid draft?

This is a very strong RB draft class IMO. Probably 6-7 RB that will have top 100 grades on them. If someone like Grice or Sims happen to fall to the top of the 4th round I'd be quite pleased with one of them. Isaiah Crowell is looking dominant since he's left Georgia too. Not sure where he'll be graded but I'd like a late flier on him too if he's there in the 6th or something. Lots of room to move for the whole class though.

Maybe Charles Sims if he's available in the 3rd?

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Yeah I just mentioned Sims above. I agree he winds up going in the third probably, but I wouldn't want the Jags to take him at the very top of the round. If he's there in the 4th by all means snatch him up though.

Nice! He seems to be a fit for a "scatback" role being a bit light but I think he would be a perfect fit for a ZBS which we are trying to develop.

I think he may work too. Him and Todman would be a nice duo threat. Even better him and Andrews.

I like Andrews -  CBS is currently projecting him in the 6th round.   His value may go up - but if they could get him in the  5th I'm all for it.

My favorite RB in all of college football is Wisconsin's Melvin Gordon, he reminds me of Jamaal Charles. If he manages to slip to the 3rd round (assuming he declares) the Jaguars would be smart to pounce on him, elite burst and long speed=home run hitter.
