The only "regular" female poster on our board that I had doubts about (actually being female) was the poster that went by the handle "Spamela Anderson". However, HIGH SCORE who allegedly knew her or worked with her or something, assured me that she was indeed a female. I initially had doubts because her picture just seemed fake, as if it was chosen from the web to purposely represent a hot girl, and "Spamela Anderson" just didn't seem like the name a woman would choose, IMO. But apparently, she indeed was real, if HS is telling the truth, anyway.

I actually like that show.  So many people are hoping for the perfect person online and they know deep down its fake, but there's that 1% chance its this hot super model that really likes you.

 

It's getting a little old because even in the second season, a lot of the outcomes are the same.

I just shake my head at some of those people, I'm glad I found my wife before the internet became so intertwined in everyday life.

Many people have met their spouses on the internet, a lot of those sites work....you just have to be smart enough to know when you're getting played. 

 

If you are talking to someone online and you haven't met within 3-6 months or talked by webcam....its probably not legit.

I've made a few friends online, and even two women, one of which with whom I had a 13 year relationship. You are correct, if you don't meet someone face to face (webcams suffice) within 6 months, you're probably better off remaining cyber friends only.

Not really, everyday she's embracing her lifestyle more and more. We still live together but i'm going to see to it that it doesn't last too much longer, maybe a month or 2 because while yes I accept that she's changed and all. It's still the principle matter of her still being here in the day to day. I told her to go stay the night with her new lady friend. She did. Hopefully she moves in with her lol.

Am I the only one that finds this thread kind of disturbing?

 

I don't know if BigJag57 is serious, or if he's just pulling off a great "troll".

 

My feeling is, if it's the former, then BigJag57 should probably seek some kind of professional help.  Airing your "dirty laundry" on a public forum is not exactly something that most "normal" adults would do.  It's also really not a way to "get answers" when it comes to living life.

 

If it's the latter, then I would think that BigJag57 pulled off a classic.
